FLUIDIZED BED DRIER
 |

This unit is fabricated from S.S. 316 L, 3 mm thick Plate. The top and bottom of the drier are flanged and bolted together. The screen is held just bellow the joint. |

Pressed steel section fastened and punched segment build up the screen in a very economic manner very easy to maintain and or replaced. |
| |
The constriction is of S.S. 316 L with section varying from 2 mm, to 0.5mm. The mechanical scatter is installed at the inlet of F.B.D. which is distributed the product in hot air zone, to avoid any lump formation. The uniform air is circulated in hot and cold air chambers, the additional exhaust spouts are provided on the top chamber. |
